As we expand our client base, we're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager/Business Development Manager to join our team and take ownership of key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and uncovering new business opportunities.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their property maintenance needs are met promptly and professionally. You'll also work closely with internal teams to coordinate works and maximise customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention
Respond to client inquiries and manage work orders from initiation to completion
Identify upselling opportunities and generate additional revenue through service expansion
Coordinate with operations and contractors to ensure timely service delivery
Prepare and present performance reports and account updates
Attend client meetings and site visits as needed
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar environment - ideally within property maintenance, facilities management, or construction services
Proven experience in account management or client services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organisational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
What We Offer:
Competitive basic salary of 35,000 - 40,000
