Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Utilise HubSpot to manage account information, track sales activities, and generate reports for performance analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
Lead presentations and meetings with clients to communicate product offerings and value propositions effectively.
Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff members and sharing best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or account management roles, with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using HubSpot software for account management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the organisation.
