Are you a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth? If so, we want you to join our dynamic Sales and Account Management team as an

Account Manager!

In this exciting role, you'll manage and grow Corporate and MICE accounts Lifestyle accounts across our luxury lifestyle properties.

This role is based in London Waterloo and covers hotels located in this area, with travel to the hotels as required and business meetings off site.

Your Role:


As an

Account Manager,

you'll be at the heart of our business development efforts, driving both new and existing Lifestyle and Entertainment accounts.
Your key responsibilities will include:Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of accounts, focusing on both new business and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Strategic Sales: Achieve business targets for corporate and M&E spend, and client activity levels Account Growth: Analyse market trends and competitor activity, attend tradeshows, networking events, sales calls and travel fairs to represent PPHE Hotel portfolio to meet key corporate clients, agencies, partners and travel managers Collaboration: Build relationships with key decision makers, and key account handlers within our partner Radisson Hotel Group Admin: Keep client profiles up-to-date in Opera, manage sales reports, and maintain a structured weekly schedule to ensure all goals are met. Promote marketing opportunities with client base

What We're Looking For:



Demonstrated experience of proactive sales experience, ideally in corporate and MICE markets in Hotels. Proactive & Independent: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently to drive results.
