The Opportunity
We're looking for a relationship-driven, proactive, and customer-focused Account Manager to help us grow and manage our trade accounts. Whether you're already in an Account Manager role or working in internal sales or customer service and ready for your next step, this is a chance to own client relationships and be a key figure in our trade expansion.
This is not just a sales role--it's about building long-term partnerships, understanding client needs, and being the trusted face of Granada in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade customers, understanding their business and providing solutions that add value.
New Business Development:
Identify and convert new trade opportunities through a consultative approach--focusing on trust, service, and expertise.
Account Management:
Act as the go-to contact for your clients--handling day-to-day enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order processes from enquiry to delivery.
Territory Growth & Travel:
Regularly visit clients, attend site meetings, and occasionally stay overnight to service the region effectively.
Lead Handling:
Respond to and qualify trade enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and professional management using our CRM system.
Collaboration & Insights:
Work closely with the internal trade team and marketing manager to share market feedback and support targeted campaigns and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience in account management, customer service, or internal sales.
Passionate about building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
A real 'people person', someone who has the best interest of our clients from the get-go.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
