Position Purpose

As an Account Manager at Bravura Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships across our portfolio of financial services clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and aligning Bravura's solutions with client business objectives. This is a senior role requiring strong commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Key responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across assigned accounts. Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans that align with client goals and Bravura's business strategy. Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding Bravura's footprint within existing accounts. Solution Alignment: Collaborate with product, delivery, and support teams to ensure Bravura's solutions meet client needs and deliver value. Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and service agreements in partnership with legal and finance teams. Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to clients. Client Advocacy: Represent the voice of the client internally, influencing product development and service delivery improvements.

Qualifications and skills

Proven experience in account management or business development within financial services or enterprise technology. Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of wealth management, pensions, and retirement solutions. Good understanding of software delivery cycles, cloud hosting, and integration, helping to guide client conversations around platform capabilities and solution alignment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans. Effective management of internal and external stakeholders to determine shared goals and successful outcomes. Experience negotiating service contracts and statements of work is essential.
