The Role:
We're seeking a commercially driven
Account Manager
to support and grow our portfolio of hotel and cottage partners. You'll be the key contact for existing properties, focused on maximising performance, securing exclusive offers, and driving revenue through strong relationships and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and curate new property partners
Manage and optimise property performance to meet revenue targets
Negotiate rates, availability, and marketing opportunities
Resolve issues related to pricing, availability, or guest experience
Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to partners
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive conversion and visibility
Ensure partner alignment with our dog-friendly ethos
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in a sales or product role
within an online travel business
Strong UK geographical knowledge
Excellent negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and channel managers a plus
Driving licence and willingness to travel to partner sites
