With over 150 signed international artists, we specialize in public art exhibitions, art collections, artist support programs, and building art resource networks.
We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong background in public-facing communication and client engagement, ideally with experience in the arts. The role requires excellent bilingual communication skills, relationship-building with galleries and partners, and the ability to support strategic messaging and public outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Discuss strategic communication goals, client positioning, and service offerings with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with galleries, institutions, and international partners to support project growth.
Write and manage the distribution of press releases, media updates, newsletters, and branded social media communications.
Represent the organisation at meetings, events, and presentations to promote the company's public image and strengthen networks.
Collaborate with curators and project teams to ensure all external messaging aligns with brand values and communication goals.
Monitor media coverage and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of public relations strategies and recommend improvements.
Maintain and update client databases and contact logs to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.
Respond promptly and professionally to client and partner inquiries.

Requirements:
Background in art history, visual culture, design, or related creative field is essential.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Prior experience working with stakeholders such as galleries, museums, or art institutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships in a high-paced, international environment.
Attention to detail, a client-first attitude, and exceptional organisational skills.
