About the role




We're looking for a confident and proactive Account Manager to join our client services team, managing medium-scale projects and sometimes full client accounts. You'll be the key day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. Working collaboratively with creative and strategy teams, you'll oversee the full project cycle -- from brief development and planning through to delivery, reconciliation and review. You'll also contribute to wider account growth, support senior team members on larger accounts and help foster a positive, collaborative studio culture.

Experience



5+ years experience in account or project management within a creative agency - retail specific would be an advantage. Proven track record managing large, multi-disciplinary projects and multiple clients simultaneously. Confident working with budgets, forecasting, scoping, scheduling and reconciliation. Familiarity with project management platforms (Synergist) is advantageous. Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading client relationships day-to-day.

Skills



Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to lead meetings and articulate ideas confidently. Logical thinker -- able to challenge briefs, interpret insights and support creative direction. Highly organised with strong time management, able to manage teams, workloads and deadlines effectively. Commercially aware -- able to identify opportunities, support pitches and drive organic account growth. Deep understanding of cross-discipline creative workflows (retail, environments, digital, branding, motion, film). A confident leader who can coach junior team members, build trust, resolve challenges and inspire collaboration. Positive, proactive and solutions-focused, with high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
