What you'll be doing:

Managing a portfolio of client accounts with a personal, proactive approach Building strong relationships and delivering top-notch service Identifying growth opportunities within your accounts Working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery Keeping clients happy, informed, and supported every step of the way
What we're looking for:

Experience in account management or client-facing roles (industry background a bonus, but not essential) Brilliant communication skills - written and verbal Someone who's organised, proactive, and takes pride in their work A team player who's ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us
