The role

As a Trainee Account Manager, you'll be the link between our B2C brand SMC Coach Hire and our trusted operator network. Your focus will be:

Converting warm leads into bookings. Building strong customer relationships that drive repeat business. Living our values: quality service, trust, simplicity, and positive action.
This role is perfect if you're motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to learn.

What we're looking for

Target-driven mindset. Confident communicator (written & verbal). Strong telephone manner (1+ year preferred). Organised, detail-focused, and adaptable. Team player with a positive attitude. Sales/account management experience is a bonus--but not essential.

Most importantly, we're seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and a determination to beat their targets and existing sales records.
