Your Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their accounts are well-managed and supported
Provide tailored solutions to meet client telecommunication needs
Advise clients on cost-saving opportunities for Landline and Broadband services
Recommend upgrade solutions for mobile services
Build and maintain strong rapport with both new and existing clients
