About the Role

Bauer Media Audio UK is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Birmingham team. You'll take personal revenue responsibility for a portfolio of clients, driving growth across Hits Radio, Greatest Hits Radio, and the wider Bauer portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK's most iconic audio brands including Magic, Absolute, and KISS, in a supportive and high-performing team.

As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, driving revenue growth across Bauer's audio platforms. You'll be part of a supportive, high-performing team that values authenticity, ambition, and collaboration.

Birmingham - Hybrid (1 day onsite)

What You'll Do

Win new business and grow existing client accounts Execute Bauer's commercial strategy across Birmingham Manage advertising inventory and pricing Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Achieve personal and team revenue targets
