Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Identify new sales opportunities through analysis of client needs and market trends
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
Utilise Salesforce to track customer interactions, update account information, and generate reports
Lead negotiations and present tailored solutions to clients to maximise revenue potential
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support client requirements
Analyse account performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimise sales strategies
Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff where appropriate
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving targets
Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client information and reporting
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to team collaboration and development
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team objectives
Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales or business management are advantageous
