N365 Group is an award-winning global content agency, and we are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our UK team and help continue our global expansion & success.


We specialise in providing effective advertising solutions for clients, providing engaging content in digital media. Our native advertising campaigns have provided measurable results for clients including American Express, Weight Watchers, Mecca Bingo & Grosvenor Sports. With offices in 6 countries (London, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki & New York) and with clients all over the world this is an opportunity to work at an innovative fast-paced digital agency and with a team who are passionate about their work in helping our clients increase their engagement/sales with their customers.


As Account Manager you will be responsible for expanding our client base by creating long-term relationships with clients initially across sectors including e-commerce, finance, gaming and charities. This role requires a high level of energy and can-do flexible attitude and suits candidates who have a passion for new business, growing their own client base and digital media and looking to move into account management. Initially you will working closely with the Senior Team and Country Manager and with training, fast-track to a Key Account Manager role.

What will your day-to-today look like?



Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential clients; research & develop relevant leads. Understand a business's development and growth needs and pitch N365's bespoke advertising solutions. This will be your primary task and responsibility for the first year. Book and attend sales meetings. Develop and maintain a robust targeted deal pipeline to continuously grow your client base. Attend conferences & networking events to promote N365 and identify new prospects. Occasionally you might need to travel.

Required skills and experience:



1+ year of experience in media/digital sales or SDR roles with a successful track record in new business. A passion for sales and the hunting element of the sales process. An experienced solution-seller - the right skills to successfully communicate with both potential and existing clients with confidence in our products and services. At N365 we take pride in listening and taking the time to understanding the needs and challenges that our clients face to be able to deliver the most effective native concept. Excellent presentation skills Excellent relationship management - the capability to carry clients through the whole sales process, from prospecting, account handling and project management. A good understanding of the digital media landscape. Previous experience selling advertising campaigns on Facebook and Programmatic is an advantage. Results orientated, resilient, self-motivated and flexible. Able to work autonomously and take initiative. Capable of decisive and effective decision-making in time sensitive environments. A flexible team player that thrives in a diverse environment. Excellent communication, written, verbal and negotiation skills

Salary: 30k basic plus uncapped commission (OTE 45k in 1st year)




N365 is a part of the Mediaplanet Group and this role is based at our London office in Farringdon. We offer flexible working and operate under 3 days minimum in the office each week (Tuesday - Thursday)
