Salary: Competitive + Commission OTE 40,000
Overall Purpose
To build lasting customer relationships that drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term satisfaction. You'll act as a trusted advisorconsultative, proactive, and focused on helping customers get the most from our Hubexo NBS Manufacturing solutions.
Youll promote product value across departments, understand evolving client needs, and advocate for them internally. Using tools like Salesforce, MS Teams, and in-person meetings, youll track all customer interactions and develop stakeholder relationships that grow revenue and reduce churn.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
