Job Title: Account Manager

Reporting To: Head of Customer Success

Department: Commercial

Location: Hybrid Newcastle Central NE34 3/4 days office

Salary: Competitive + Commission OTE 40,000



Overall Purpose

To build lasting customer relationships that drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term satisfaction. You'll act as a trusted advisorconsultative, proactive, and focused on helping customers get the most from our Hubexo NBS Manufacturing solutions.



Youll promote product value across departments, understand evolving client needs, and advocate for them internally. Using tools like Salesforce, MS Teams, and in-person meetings, youll track all customer interactions and develop stakeholder relationships that grow revenue and reduce churn.



This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.



Principal Job Responsibilities



Achieve renewal and upsell revenue targets across your portfolio.

Deliver high-quality customer experiences that reflect our brand values.

Lead quarterly customer reviews, build account plans, and manage follow-up actions.

Become an expert in Hubexo productsguiding customers on best-fit solutions.

Identify key decision-makers and influencers; build long-term trust.

Maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce with up-to-date notes and pipeline forecasts.

Provide insight into customer behaviour, usage trends, and industry developments.

Escalate customer needs internally and champion the voice of the customer.

Stay current on industry changes, competitor movement, and new market opportunities.

Represent Hubexo at customer events, webinars, and networking opportunities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with BDMs, Sales Support, Product, and Marketing.

Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback and suggesting innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven record in Account Management with renewals and upsell successE

Experience in target-driven or sales environmentsE

Excellent communication and stakeholder managementE

Skilled in managing pipelines, forecasts, and reportingE

Confident presenting to individuals and groupsE

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skillsE

Organised with high attention to detailE

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRME

Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businessD

Knowledge of the construction or manufacturing sectorD

Ability to explain technical products clearlyE

Experience with product demonstrationsD
