Location: Field Based, covering NW 1-9 and Central London postcodes
Reporting to: Area Director
As the UK's favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we're looking for a Field Based Account Manager to join our team.
Joining us as an Account Manager at Rightmove, you'll manage designated partners on a day-to-day basis to achieve ambitious, yet achievable, activity and sales targets. You'll build and maintain the best possible relationship between Rightmove and our estate agents, seeking out opportunities for growth and maximum return on interests.
You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, who work together to reach their targets, help each other in developing their skills and celebrating their wins as team. You'll work closely with other Account Managers, and report into the Account Director on the team, building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
In the Account Manager role, you will:

  • Achieve new product targets in your area of responsibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities, present and close with a bespoke advertising solution.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to prove value and conduct relevant product and service training with customers.
  • Consistently ensure all customers have clear understanding of pricing structure and new Rightmove initiatives.
  • Regularly feedback details of "the market" to your Area Director and Estate Agency Board.
  • Actively participate with on-going training (you always want to be better) and attend regional and national meetings.
  • Work closely with your Telephone Account Management (TAM) and Customer Service colleagues to offer consistently great service.
  • Liaise closely with Area Director, Telephone Account Manager, Head Office support departments.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 2+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience: Consistently surpassing targets with a strong results-driven approach.

  • Maintains a positive attitude and welcomes feedback: Demonstrating a growth mindset and a willingness to adapt and improve.

  • Is technically proficient: Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems.
