A J Mills Master Masons Limited is a well-established, family-run business with over 30 years of experience. Over the past five years, we have experienced significant growth across the East Midlands and expanded into new sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated

Sales Account Manager

to join our team within the

Memorial

division. In this role, you will work closely with Funeral Directors across the Midlands, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Please note:

Prior industry experience is not required -- full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with Funeral Directors throughout the Midlands. Collaborate closely with our internal Sales Advisors to ensure outstanding client service. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in your territory. Maintain and grow existing client accounts through consistent communication and service excellence.

Key Skills & Requirements

Proven success in a sales role, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally. Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player. Highly organised, punctual, and detail-oriented. Compassionate and professional, with strong interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.

Pay: 28,000.00-40,000.00 per year
