Origin Finance is a finance brokerage based in Quinton Green, Northampton, that has been trading since 2019. We are a small team looking to grow and are focused on finding the right people to fit into our team and add value to the business.

We provide business finance to an array of companies from new start businesses to large blue-chip corporations. The founder of the business has worked in the industry for over 15 years and established Origin Finance with a view to creating a personable and transparent experience for UK business owners.

Role and Responsibilities:



Due to growth Origin Finance are seeking multiple Account Managers to join our expanding team.

Estimated start date is beginning of May, however, we may be able to accommodate an earlier start date for the right candidate.

We are looking for candidates to have Sales Management experience and B2B Sales experience.

The successful candidates will be responsible for seeking and generating new Business Finance opportunities and assisting those customers to find the right financing solution for their requirement. The purpose of the role is to create, build and maintain excellent and productive customer relationships. To maintain and drive increased sales from new vendor/dealer/ broker partners. Multiple positions are available immediately for this role.

First Year OTE 80K+



Their main responsibilities will include but not limited to:



Gain a clear understanding of a customer's business and their requirements Develop and maintain vendor / dealer / broker / partner programmes Upkeep dealer vendor / broker / end user customer introductions, proactively make telephone calls to discuss financing requirements and negotiate pricing Be prepared to attend the relevant industry events with the aim of supporting relationships and maintaining industry awareness Ensure proposals are promptly acted upon and submitted via the relevant systems Make accurate calculations of finance terms and monthly payments, etc, using payment calculators Ensure high quality customer experience throughout Immediately react to and accommodate new enquiries

Proven success in their sales ability Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal' Motivated, self-starter who is hard-working Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to self-review and implement changes to ensure they are consistently meeting or exceeding targets Flexibility with the capacity to adapt to change, new practices and cope under pressure Excellent phone manner

Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday - 8.30am to 4:00pm Office Based Only Onsite Free Parking Bank Holidays off and 28 days Holiday Full-time, Permanent position Private Health Care (BUPA) after 6 months employment Rewarding commission scheme for each pay structure Progression/promotion structure with management opportunities in the future Basic Salary: 20,000.00, 30,000.00 or 40,000.00 per year depending upon experience
