The Role



As our new Client Success Manager, you'll be the trusted face of Your IT for a group of valued clients. You'll be making sure our clients are not only happy but thriving with our support. You'll work side-by-side with our Marketing, Service, and Projects teams to keep everything running smoothly and to spot new opportunities.

What you'll be doing



Building strong, positive relationships as the main point of contact for your clients. Running regular account reviews and check-ins to make sure we're exceeding expectations, not just meeting them. Spotting and securing upsell and cross-sell opportunities boosting recurring revenue, project work, and hardware sales. Creating clear, professional proposals and quotes with help from our technical teams. Keeping your CRM pipeline tidy and up to date. Reporting on account performance and revenue growth.

What we're looking for



Experience in account management, client success, or something similar (ideally in IT or tech, but we're open). Someone who builds relationships naturally - confident, proactive, and client-focused. Commercial awareness, with an eye for opportunities and the confidence to close them. Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable with targets and KPIs. A real team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Pay: Up to 50,000.00 per year
