We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Private Label Account Manager to grow and manage our B2B partnerships in the private label space. This is your chance to work with a fast-growing, ethical company making a genuine impact on pet wellbeing.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and growing own label accounts, driving long-term strategic partnerships. Working closely with new and existing customers to identify product opportunities and deliver bespoke solutions. Leading all aspects of the sales process from pitch to onboarding to ongoing relationship management. Collaborating with production, NPD, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. Negotiating contracts and pricing with a commercial mindset and brand-aligned integrity.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Has proven experience in FMCG account management (pet care a bonus!). Is confident, proactive, and results-driven with a track record of hitting targets. Can build trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike. Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects. Brings passion for animal welfare and alignment with our values of transparency, quality, and kindness.

This is an office based role in Wetherby. Due to our location and job requirements, a car and drivers licence is essential.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30

Salary:

26,300-34,000 + bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,300.00-34,000.00 per year
