As iProov enters an exciting new phase of growth, we're seeking a commercially-minded, driven, and energetic Account Manager to grow revenue from our existing enterprise customers. You will nurture and expand strategic relationships, identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, and ensure customers gain maximum value from our world-leading facial biometrics solutions.



This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer success and sales, taking a strategic, consultative approach to deepen partnerships, deliver measurable value, and drive commercial growth. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align customer needs with iProov's expanding product portfolio, turning strong relationships into long-term business success.



How you can make an impact?

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with public sector/central government, defence, IC customers, acting as their primary point of contact. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell iProov's biometric solutions, such as advanced authentication or fraud prevention tools, to meet client needs. Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions to drive adoption and satisfaction. Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support. Monitor client usage metrics and provide insights to optimize their experience with our platform. Negotiate contract renewals and expansions, ensuring alignment with client goals and company objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and competitive landscapes to position our solutions effectively.

What we would like to see from you

5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on developing public sector/central government, defence, IC customers. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling. Understanding of the identity verification, biometrics, or cybersecurity industry is preferred. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives. Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and account planning methodologies. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in identity verification is a plus. Consultative selling and strategic account management. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value.
