The Opportunity
We're hiring a Client Success Manager (aka Account Manager) to join our growing client-facing team. You'll work directly with a portfolio of fast-growing eCommerce brands, helping them execute and optimise their marketing strategies -- especially across email marketing and retention.
This is a fantastic role for someone early in their career, whether you're a recent graduate or have a bit of marketing experience under your belt. We're looking for someone outgoing, organised, full of energy, and excited to learn fast. You'll get hands-on exposure to real client work across paid media, email, creative, and content, while being coached by senior strategists.
What You'll Do ?
Manage day-to-day communication across 6-8 eCommerce clients
Support and develop email marketing campaigns, automations, and retention flows
Turn client goals into actionable marketing strategies and measurable KPIs
Collaborate closely with Meta Ads buyers, email specialists, creatives, and content teams
Help lead weekly performance calls and monthly strategy reviews
Brief in creative assets, copy, and landing page updates
Track campaign results and proactively flag risks or new opportunities
Build strong client relationships and help spot areas for growth
What can you bring?
A genuine interest in digital marketing and the world of eCommerce
A natural communicator -- you're personable, articulate, and confident in a client setting
High energy and a can-do attitude -- you're proactive, organised, and love problem-solving
A strong interest in email marketing and retention (bonus if you've touched Klaviyo!)
A basic understanding of Meta Ads and eCommerce metrics -- or eagerness to learn them fast
Curiosity and drive -- you're hungry to grow, take on more responsibility, and think like a strategist
Comfortable using data to inform decisions and present insights to clients (don't worry -- we'll teach you)

Projects run smoothly under your coordination
You're contributing valuable insights, spotting performance trends, and becoming a key part of the strategy
Within 12-18 months, you're ready to step into a senior strategy, client lead, or specialist role
