Recbound is a specialist marketing partner for recruitment agencies. We act as a full-service marketing department, delivering content, campaigns, branding, social media, video, automation and outbound marketing to help recruiters win more clients and grow.
The Role
As the Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for Recbound's portfolio of clients. You will manage their accounts end to end, from strategic planning and performance tracking to creative execution and campaign rollout. At the same time, you will coordinate internally across design, video, automation, outbound, content, social media and podcasting to ensure clients' marketing is integrated, high quality and delivers results.
You will sit at the intersection of marketing and recruitment. You must understand the challenges and levers specific to recruitment agencies, such as candidate attraction, client acquisition and market positioning, as well as the tactics and processes of modern digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
- Develop and manage marketing plans tailored to each client's goals
- Coordinate workflows across design, content, video, automation, outbound and social media
- Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact
- Spot new marketing ideas, channels and formats, bringing fresh thinking to how recruitment agencies engage clients and candidates.

- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its challenges
