Strategic client relationships and growth opportunities across Made Media's client portfolio

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying strategic opportunities for growth. You will work with our clients who have ongoing support and/or BlocksOffice contracts, ensuring their needs are met while looking for ways to expand our partnership.
Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
Serve as primary relationship owner for a set of Made Media's clients
Conduct monthly catch-up calls with clients to maintain engagement and identify needs
Act as first point of contact for billing and administrative questions for clients
Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and advocating for their needs internally
Strategic Planning & Growth
Understand clients' long-term business objectives and ensure Made's services align with their strategic goals
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships
Work closely with Strategy and Marketing & Growth teams to develop new opportunities
Provide strategic insights to inform service development and client proposals
Contract & Billing Management
Manage annual SOWs and support agreements for ongoing client relationships
Oversee monthly support billing processes for clients and ensure project invoices are properly raised based on information provided by DPs
Handle billing queries and ensure accurate invoicing for recurring services
Coordinate with Digital Producers on complex billing requirements
Support & Project Coordination
Monitor support needs across clients and escalate issues for resolution
Escalate projects to Digital Producers for execution
Support clients with on-sale queries and time-sensitive needs
Work with Studio Manager to optimise support quality across the company
Communication & Collaboration
Maintain regular communication with hub clients to manage expectations
Attend strategic client meetings alongside Digital Producers where needed
Collaborate with Digital Producers on new opportunity development
Provide client insights to inform project briefings and service delivery

The successful candidate is likely to have most of the following:
Strong relationship building and client management experience
Strategic thinking and business development capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility fast
Ability to identify and articulate growth opportunities in the digital space
Experience with contract negotiation, commercial agreements, and account management
Organised approach to managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
Collaborative mindset for cross-team coordination

The successful candidate is also likely to have at least one of the following:
Experience working with the arts, culture, entertainment or other sectors focused on providing in-person experiences.
Experience/expertise working with live event ticketing systems, or other sector-specific technology platforms.
Experience working in a digital agency or other marketing services business.
Practicalities
==================
This role will be remote, but you must be based somewhere in the United Kingdom. You must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom, without sponsorship. This role will require travel (estimated on average ~2-3 days per month) throughout the UK, and occasionally internationally. Your most common UK destinations will be London and Birmingham.

Salary: 38-44k per year, dependent on experience. We are a remote company and set salaries based on a national benchmark. We will pay a market enhancement for new employees located in specific cities (please see below).

Made Media is a remote business and our team all work from home most of the time.

Our remote model also means we set salaries according to a national rate. We will agree a base rate for the job, based on experience, and reflective of the salary range provided in the job description. Employees who are hired in specific cities are also eligible for market adjustments, for the time that they live within the city limits. These market adjustments are as follows:
+20% market adjustment: New York City, San Francisco
+10% market adjustment: London (UK), Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C.
