We're looking for a

Software Account Manager

to join our Belfast-based team and help strengthen and grow relationships with our core customer base. This is a

client-facing, high-impact role

where you'll ensure our customers gain maximum value from our solutions, drive upsell opportunities, and shape their long-term success.




What You'll Be Doing:




Serve as the

primary point of contact

for a portfolio of key software clients Build deep relationships and understand client goals to align our solutions with their business needs Identify and act on

upsell and cross-sell opportunities

, contributing to revenue growth Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver

a seamless customer experience

Deliver product

demonstrations, training, and webinars

to maximise product adoption Monitor account health, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges Lead contract

renewals and negotiations

, maintaining long-term partnerships Provide actionable

customer feedback

to help shape product roadmaps Collaborate with marketing to deliver

collateral and communications

that support engagement



What We're Looking For:




Proven experience in

account management within the software or SaaS sector

Strong communication and

relationship-building skills

Confident in

delivering demos and discussing software functionality

Experience using

CRM platforms

and managing a sales pipeline Customer-first mindset with strong

problem-solving skills

Skilled in

negotiation and contract management

Commercially minded with the ability to

spot growth opportunities

Collaborative, proactive, and tech-savvy
