Job Summary



We're looking for a Part-Time Remote Account Manager responsible for managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and revenue. This role starts at 8 hours per week, with hours increasing as needed (you'll be notified via schedule). For those open to additional responsibilities, hours can increase to up to 35 per week after a 3-month probationary period.

Duties


- Utilise the CRM system to manage client accounts effectively
- Conduct sales activities to meet revenue targets
- Analyse account performance and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide leadership and guidance to the account management team

Skills


- Proficient in using software for account management
- Strong sales skills to drive revenue growth
- Ability to analyse account data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing account teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership qualities
