The Role



As an Account Manager, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our internal team. This is a hybrid role where you'll balance client relationship management, project coordination, and administrative responsibilities. You'll need a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and adopting new technology.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, reporting, and database management. Collaborate with internal technical teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans. Track project progress, prepare status updates, and communicate proactively with stakeholders. Support sales and account growth initiatives through client relationship building and follow-ups. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing insights with both clients and the team.

Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in account management, project management, or a related role (preferably in a tech or digital environment). Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail, particularly in administrative work and project tracking. Comfortable using project management and productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira or similar). Eagerness to learn about new technologies and apply that knowledge in client and project discussions. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
