Account Manager

to join our expanding team.

What You'll Do

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth delivery from brief to completion Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust, service, and results Identify opportunities to add value and grow accounts Prepare accurate estimates and pricing using internal tools Collaborate with sales, production, scheduling, mailing, and logistics teams Report on performance, forecasts, and client insights

What You'll Bring

Strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset Excellent communication and project management skills Confidence in handling multiple accounts and priorities A detail-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction Experience in account managing in a manufacturing environment is a plus
