We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join our high-performing Beacon Sales team. The Beacon Sales team sells subscriptions to our market-leading SaaS platform for the biopharmaceutical market, differentiating through niche, tailored offerings that meet the specific needs of scientific communities. We place strong emphasis on deep industry understanding, peer-level conversations, and rigorous sales methodology. As an Account Manager, you will retain and grow a portfolio of high-value Beacon accounts--expanding customer value, uncovering new opportunities, and driving renewal performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities



The role is an individual contributor position with an expectation of growing & retaining accounts. You will be responsible for:

Deliver retention and growth targets across assigned accounts. Initial responsibility of overlay sales into both mid & large account segment Proactive prospecting and self generation of opportunities into account white space Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within accounts Delivery of Account retention targets & Account growth targets Report risk early in retention cycle and build risk mitigation plans Capability to build, review and provide oral presentations around account plans to senior leadership. Collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success functions to drive volume and quality of sales opportunities into account team. Ability to mentor and direct SDR's who support opportunity generation within accounts Effective time to management to maximise account opportunity and drive an increase NRR of Portfolio

About You



4+ years of SaaS account management experience. Experience of selling into the biopharma market. Proven track record of 90%+ retention and strong new business results. Commercially driven, motivated, and target-focused. Excellent communicator capable of leading peer-level conversations. Ambitious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
