Account Manager - SEO Agency (Office-Based, London)

We're looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive

Account Manager

to join our growing team in London. This is a

100% office-based role

-- we work together in person because we believe it leads to better collaboration, faster execution, and a more enjoyable workday.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for a group of exciting clients. You'll ensure work gets delivered, keep projects moving, and maintain strong client relationships. You'll also work closely with our in-house team of developers, writers, and SEO specialists -- learning from them as you go.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day client communication Leading onboarding calls and setting expectations Coordinating project tasks across internal teams Presenting updates and results to clients confidently Ensuring deadlines are met and quality is upheld Reviewing work before it's sent out Keeping internal workflows running smoothly Gaining hands-on experience in SEO through training and collaboration

Strong organisation and communication skills Experience in client or account management (any industry) Confidence leading client calls and presenting updates Proactive, fast-working, and solutions-focused Positive, collaborative attitude -- a great team player Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Comfortable working full-time from our London office

Bonus points for:

Experience coordinating projects with writers or developers Interest in digital marketing or SEO
