The Parcel SafePlace Account Representative will act as the main point of contact for national clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationship growth. This role involves managing client accounts, supporting sales initiatives and working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions. By building trust and providing valuable insights, the representative will contribute to client satisfaction, retention and business expansion.
This role will include:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with national clients to promote long-term partnerships
Managing client accounts on a daily basis, ensuring service standards and contract commitments are met
Collaborating with sales colleagues to support strategies for growth and client retention
Providing accurate reporting on account performance, service quality and customer feedback
Working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
Seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients
Our ideal candidate will:
Live in the South of England
Have a driving licence and car for travel to sites.
Have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
Have strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Be a proactive problem solver who can deliver solutions under pressure
Have demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships based on trust and service quality
Be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Be flexible and willing to travel nationwide to meet client requirements
Be a collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments
Have previous experience in account management, logistics, parcel delivery or property would be an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
