We are looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of current Fleet Alliance SME clients .
As Account Manager you will process all proposals and orders, as well as deal with any day to day general enquiries. You will provide an essential link between clients and funders and to work in conjunction to Head of Account Management.
What will I be doing
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Offer advice on best funding method to clients.
Run quotes across all funders and provide these quotes to clients.
Prepare and follow up quotations to clients.
Process all incoming credit proposals.
Create relevant deal file for accepted orders.
Upload new deals onto database before passing to sales support.
Liaise with supplying dealers where appropriate.
Ensure all activity targets and database management is maintained.
Work in conjunction with Head of Account Management, to monitor and maintain set business income, units and FSP targets.
Manage and maximise all renewal opportunities.
The role will involve working closely with the sales support team to provide a complete service package to all clients.
Monitor service levels, deal processing procedures and sales performance with a view to enhance all areas where possible.
