Account Manager - IT & Managed Services 
 Location: Hybrid, South East England
 Salary: 35,000-45,000 + Commission + Benefits

Following a period of rapid growth and strategic acquisitions, we're expanding our Account Management team - and we're looking for a motivated, proactive Account Manager to join us on this exciting journey. 
The Opportunity 
 This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual who's passionate about building relationships and helping clients get the most out of their technology. You'll manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring clients receive first-class service while identifying opportunities to expand our footprint across our full suite of services - including IT Support, Connectivity, Telecoms, Mobile, Utilities, and Security. 
 What You'll Be Doing 
 Develop and grow existing customer accounts through regular calls, check-ins, and on-site meetings 
 Identify and deliver cross-selling opportunities across our service portfolio 
 Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure renewals and retention 
 Act as the main point of contact for client queries, working closely with internal support teams 
 Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system 
 Track opportunities, monitor pipelines, and report on account activity 
 Keep clients informed on ongoing installations, upgrades, and projects 
 What We're Looking For 
 Proven experience in telecommunications or IT solution sales 
 Track record of account retention, growth, and cross-selling 
 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
 Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised 
 Comfortable engaging with clients both over the phone and face-to-face 
 Energetic, ambitious, and target-driven 
 Confident working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
