Location: Southampton - Salary: 24,000 - 29,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - no weekends, no evenings!

What You'll Be Doing

Manage your own portfolio of small to mid-sized clients with a growth mindset Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences Advise on new products, renewals, and tailor solutions to client needs Negotiate with insurers to secure the best value Working to targets with a generous incentive scheme to match Promote additional services and identify new business opportunities Ensure all processes are compliant and well-documented

What We're Looking For

An attitude of "I will over IQ" together with a drive for growth Transferable skills from customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar roles A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A team player who can also thrive independently
