The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to progress their career in sales and account management within the IT and telecoms sector. Product training will be provided to help you succeed in this role, with clear pathways for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Acting as the main contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Identifying growth opportunities within accounts to increase revenue
Work towards ambitious sales targets and contribute to business growth
Engage in outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and sales opportunities
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Help manage customer accounts, including handling inquiries and providing support
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
A proactive and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Basic understanding of IT and telecommunications is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
