Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive

Account Manager with fluent Spanish

(Portuguese or other European languages also welcome) to join our growing international team. This role is focused on managing day-to-day client accounts, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring all requests and queries are handled efficiently. Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients (and wider international accounts) via email, phone, and video calls. Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues quickly and professionally. Monitor order progress, logistics, and deliveries, keeping clients fully informed. Prepare reports and updates for clients and senior management. Work collaboratively with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

Fluent Spanish

(written and spoken). Additional languages such as Portuguese, Italian, or French are a plus. Strong written and spoken English for internal communication. Experience in account management, customer service, or sales support is a plus. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be comfortable meeting clients and appearing in promotional videos and content.
