We are seeking a professional and motivated

Account Manager

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and achieve maximum value from our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Provide proactive support, resolving client queries in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience in account management or a client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. A proactive, solution-focused approach. Experience within SaaS or the social care sector (desirable but not essential).
