Account Manager
to help us build connections with creators, platforms, and partners that align with our values and vision.
About the Role
Uploading taboo images and videos
Writing taboo descriptions about the content uploading (images and videos)
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Engaging with Company's clients ensuring tasks required by Company are completed in a timely manner
Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts to management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities
Build and maintain an ongoing positive & enthusiastic relationship with Company's talent, models or clients, managing complaints and finding amicable solutions
