is looking for an exceptional

Account Manager

to join our growing team.

At OpensDoors, we help businesses unlock their true growth potential through lead generation, campaign management, telemarketing, and social media services.

Basic Salary of 28,000 however you will get commission av OTE is 34,000-45,000 per annum, all depends on your hard work! Pay is directly linked to the retention of your Customer base and up-selling and cross-selling.

What You'll Do



As an Account Manager, you'll manage up to 12 client accounts and act as the strategic link between OpensDoors and our customers. Your mission: drive retention, achieve campaign targets, and grow the value of each client relationship.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Serving as the main point of contact for your assigned clients and internal teams. Leading regular client meetings (weekly online and bi-monthly in-person strategy sessions). Managing campaign delivery across email, telemarketing, and social media channels. Producing and delivering weekly performance reports and KPI stats. Ensuring client satisfaction and achieving 100% retention. Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell OpensDoors services. Driving client growth, improving Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and reducing churn (DEFCON). Coordinating internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines using time management software to assist in doing so. Social Media - guide the social media team to create, manage and post on behalf of Clients in a timely manner
Your clients targets are your targets and you are expected to achieve them, as well as growth targets for OpensDoors. These include upselling extra days on a client's account and up-selling other services that OpensDoors offer. Your key target is retention, and you will be targeted at 100%.

DEFCON will be a key KPI that the Account Manager is measured on and each Account Manager will be required to improve their Net Promoter score consistently.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in account management, client services, or B2B marketing. Strong project and relationship management skills. Ability to lead internal teams and influence cross-functional performance. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics and generate insights. Highly organised and proficient in time management tools. Confident in engaging with clients at all levels - both virtually and in-person.
