As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing both existing and new client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business customers. You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients within the secure connectivity and network infrastructure sector.
Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our product and service offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and support.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance metrics to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience of B2B account management experience, within the connectivity, telecoms, or network infrastructure space.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of technologies such as SD-WAN, MPLS, Ethernet, cloud connectivity, and managed services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
