We're looking for an Account Manager to join Paragon's Sunderland site, a key destination for the delivery of Paragon Customer Communications inbound services and solutions.
As the Account Manager, you will be reporting to the Client Services Manager and be responsible for the translation of strategically important key client objectives into workable and specific briefs. As such, you are partly accountable for the quality, service and operational margin generated both on the work areas you handle and as part of Account Team as a whole.
You will deliver defined projects and liaise with designated stakeholders within a particular Account(s) or area(s) of operation, as well as aid the Account Director and Client Services Manager in service delivery, improving margin and revenue and driving cost savings. You are also partly responsible for the effectiveness of the QMS/IMS process
