Working for UltraLEDS you will be the point of contact for your trade accounts, spotting opportunities, assisting in building the product ranges and driving real growth. We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to help expand our presence in the LED Lighting market. This role is instrumental in accelerating our growth, driving sales and delivering a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of continuous sales success preferably within the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive business growth within the B2B markets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers from a range of sectors Identify and engage with business opportunities through networking, industry events and targeted outreach Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals and post-sales support Collaborate with the internal support and technical teams to deliver bespoke tailored lighting solutions for clients Prepare proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders Deliver face to face presentations a promote our product range and educate industry professionals The role will predominantly be office based with some travel required for client meetings, exhibitions and industry shows

About You:



Proven track record in business development, sales or account management (ideally within the lighting industry) Established network of existing contacts would be preferential Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams Familiarity with industry-standard lighting software (relux/Dialux) and tools is advantageous Approaches tasks with enthusiasm and a strong can-do mindset
