Our mission is simple: to provide premium accommodation when it's almost impossible to find during congress events. We remove the hassle of sourcing and managing accommodation so our clients can focus on maximising their event outcomes.
With ambitious expansion plans underway, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to help us grow, close deals, and build trusted client relationships.
What we're looking for
Do you thrive on relationship-building, spotting commercial opportunities, and closing deals? We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in St Margarets (hybrid role) who will:
Build, nurture, and manage relationships with corporate clients attending major international events.
Run the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Work closely with supply and operation teams to ensure smooth client delivery.
Potentially attend events (e.g. MIPIM, Cannes Lions, Film Festival) to network and strengthen client relationships.
Proactively identify new business opportunities in existing accounts and prospective markets.
Provide exceptional service before, during, and after each event.
Track competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.
Qualifications
Proven sales track record, ideally in B2B sales within events, travel, hospitality, real estate, or other service-led industries.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Confident picking up the phone, leading meetings, and closing deals.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Previous experience in travel, property, film, TV, media or events is a strong plus.
Existing network in film, TV, media, or property is highly desirable.
French (or another European language) is an advantage, but not required.
