The Role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and continued business.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the high standards Simpson Group is known for.
Resolve any client issues swiftly and efficiently, maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
As a client facing role, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. In addition, the successful candidate will possess:
Proven experience in managing accounts, preferably 3 years within the print or a closely related industry.
Strong project management skills and preferably some print knowledge, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
A strategic mindset with good numeracy and commercial awareness, capable of identifying growth opportunities, maximising margins and driving business success.
The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
The salary is negotiable based on experience.
