The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to step into the role of Account Manager. We are looking for someone who excels at building relationships and is ready to take our business to the next level by both managing a portfolio of existing clients and actively securing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Act as the main point of contact for an established client base, ensuring their needs are met and building long-term, trusted relationships.
Business Development:
Proactively generate new sales leads and attend meetings to expand your territory and client portfolio.
Operational Support:
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality service delivery for all your accounts.
Collaborate:
Work closely within a key accounts team, including service technicians and planners to ensure flawless contract and project delivery
Problem-Solving:
Address day-to-day issues as they arise, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
Requirements:
You must have at least 2 years of sales or account management experience in the water treatment and hygiene industry.
Demonstrable knowledge of implementing and managing contracts and projects for industrial and commercial water systems.
A full, clean UK driving license.
