Overview
The Account Manager ("AM") will be responsible for servicing a varied portfolio of captive insurance clients. The AM will ensure client accounting records are maintained, financial statements and other reports are produced accurately to strict timelines and will support the audit process and undertake cash management monitoring. In this client-facing role, the AM will develop and maintain relationships with clients and third parties. He/she will assist in preparing for and may attend client Board meetings. In addition, the AM will carry out the day-to-day activities of client companies in compliance with internal and external controls. The AM will prepare correspondence and statutory filings to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority ("CIMA") and the Registrar of Companies.
How you'll make an impact
Maintain accurate client accounting records.
Produce un-audited financial statements for clients on a quarterly or monthly basis, working with the client's auditor to assist in the accurate, efficient and timely completion of annual audited financial statements.
Monitor investment returns and/or action investment transactions as instructed by clients.
Prepare statistical analyses (e.g. loss triangulation) and reports.
Liaise with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority ("CIMA"), and submit filings as required.
Issue notices of meetings of shareholders, directors or any committees of clients, attend meetings and drafting minutes as required.
Attend to the day-to-day activities of the client including, liaising with clients' consultants.
Adhere to Artex policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and Artex internal risk control standards.

About you
1-2 years' experience in the financial services industry with captive management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Insurance.
ACA/ACCA/CPA/CA qualification or equivalent preferred or working toward a professional qualification.
Strong financial reporting and/or analytical skills.
Advanced computer literacy skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Highly motivated individual who is deadline driven and committed to delivering an excellent level of client service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
