Account Manager
to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Account Manager
to oversee key client accounts, ensuring exceptional campaign delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of post-graduate digital marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in account management. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads management, as well as a passion for digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships
: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their advertising goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Campaign Management
: Develop and implement strategic campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, delivering measurable results.
Performance Analysis
: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and producing comprehensive reports.
Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and content, to deliver high-quality work.
Upselling & Growth
: Identify opportunities to expand account services and support client growth.
Primary Point of Contact
: Act as the main client liaison, managing inquiries, feedback, and ensuring clear communication.
