The role is located at our head office in Latchingdon, in our purpose built offices surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Located between South Woodham Ferrers and Burnham on Crouch, own transport is essential.

Account Manager/Sales Representative, UKC Group Sales Team



Due to continued expansion, we require highly professional and reliable candidates to join our sales team.

Benefitting from a solid foundation of existing clients, cold calling is not within the scope. Our clients initiate contact with us.

Our Account Managers thrive in a responsive sales environment handling inbound enquiries. If you're a proactive, hands-on individual who finds satisfaction in diving into tasks and accomplishing goals, we eagerly await your application.

Team Responsibilities:



Managing a portfolio of exiting accounts to achieve long-term success Acting as the first point of contact for email client requests, including preparation of formal quotations to deadlines. Effectively dealing with infrequent telephone enquiries for quotations Developing positive customer relationships Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients Applying sales skills to capitalise on commercial opportunities through negotiation of sales and purchase prices Researching the desired products and prices from external suppliers and competition Liaising with government agents and customers worldwide Collaborating with operations team to ensure reliable on-time delivery

About You:



Great communication skills , strong English grammar and mathematics ability Self-motivated and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent liaison and negotiation skills Strong problem solving and decision making skills Motivated to succeed in winning new business Attention to detail

Desirable Skills / Non Essential:



Previous experience in the Electronics or Engineering industries is advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided to the successful candidates.

Qualifications:



GCSE Level English and Mathematics grade C/5 or above (or equivalent).

Hours:



37.5hrs per week Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm
