About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Account Operations Coordinator
to support our UK based sales, account team and operational workflows. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients, internal departments, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of account deliverables and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks associated with client accounts.
Serve as a point of contact between sales and account managers, clients, and internal teams.
Work alongside UK/Ireland Sales manager across all accounts.
Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up accounts in internal systems.
Monitor and manage data accuracy, reporting, and billing processes.
Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in account operations.
Maintain documentation and update records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies.
Regular working days from London based showroom (so preferable living max. 45 minutes from London; Angel).
Qualifications:
3+ years relevant experience in account coordination, customer service, operations support, sales or administrative support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM or project management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital signage, advertising, SaaS, or related industries.
