excellent customer experience

through full ownership of all

sales administrative tasks

. You'll ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales orders while directly interacting with Customers, Account Managers, and internal departments to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing



Own all customer-related administration, including portals and back-order management. Ensure orders, amendments, and reports are actioned within agreed SLAs, delivering exceptional service. Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers, and internal departments. Take responsibility for escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication. Process driven and results oriented with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage priorities. Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP systems experience (bonus points)
